自家焙煎珈琲とカカオから作るチョコレート。どちらも焙煎の熱源には宮崎県産の備長炭、原料は自然栽培・有機栽培された物のみを使用しています。出来る限りアナログな手法での製造を心掛け、自然が作り出した味を崩す事なく届けたいと思っています。
Hand-roasted organic cacao. The heat source for roasting is the charcoal fire of ''Bincho charcoal" produced in Miyazaki Prefecture. We've been trying to make products using the analog method as much as possible. We would like to deliver it to you without losing the taste made by nature. Doing what we can for someone's imagination and creativity.
